Waiter / Steward

A Waiter/Steward is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers politely
• Present menu and explain dishes when required
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Ensure customer satisfaction during the dining experience
• Handle billing and payment (if assigned)
• Maintain cleanliness of tables before and after service
• Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery
• Clean and wipe tables, chairs, and service areas whenever necessary
• Assist in cleaning vessels and kitchen utensils as required
• Maintain overall hygiene and safety standards
• Support team members during busy hours
