Job Title: Warehouse Executive

We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Executive to manage end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dispatching, invoicing, stock management, and purchasing activities.

• Key Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth material flow
• Handle dispatching activities and coordinate with transporters
• Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and related documents
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper stock control
• Monitor inward and outward material movement
• Handle purchasing coordination and follow up with vendors
• Ensure proper storage, safety, and cleanliness of warehouse
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation
• Coordinate with sales, service, and accounts teams
• Maintain reports related to stock, dispatch, and purchases

Preferred Candidate:

• Male candidates
• Experience in automotive / industrial logistics will be an added advantage
