Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of depot operations, including inventory, logistics, and compliance.
- Optimize depot performance, minimize costs, and ensure efficient handling of pharmaceutical products.
- Oversee inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise depot staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and environmental incidents.
Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel Knowledge (LookUp functions, Pivots and Formulea)
- Communication skills to manage customers and suppliers
