Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop e-learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Create SCORM-compliant contents to enhance Learning.
• Apply learning theories and instructional design principles to develop engaging and effective curriculum materials.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for training products.
• Design visually appealing instructional materials, including e-learning courses, SCORM modules, ILTs, job aids, and blended learning solutions.
• Build interactive e-learning modules leveraging authoring tools to enhance learner engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Looking for Experienced Candidates who are skilled working in Adobe Captivate, Adobe Illustrator and Articulate Storyline

Proven experience (1-2 years) in instructional design for e-learning.

Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and SCORM content development.

Knowledge of visual design principles and curriculum development.
