Trainer- CCE (Customer Care Executive)

Job DescriptionSummary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainer - CCE (Customer Care Executive) to join our training team at Edu Jobs Academy, a dedicated skill development wing of 2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. This role is pivotal in shaping employable talent by delivering end-to-end training programs designed to ensure candidates are job-ready from Day Zero. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive development of trainees, from theoretical instruction to practical application, while maintaining high standards of attendance, performance, and placement outcomes. The trainer will play a key role in driving training excellence, fostering learner engagement, and supporting placement initiatives across our Cuddalore center.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full training cycle for CCE candidates, from onboarding to placement readiness
• Deliver structured theory and hands-on practice sessions, including field visits for real-world exposure
• Maintain accurate daily records of attendance and monitor individual and batch progress
• Ensure 100% attendance and achieve target pass percentages for each batch
• Submit all training reports and documentation to the Center Head and Head Office in a timely manner
• Communicate regularly and effectively with the Center Manager and Head Office on training status and challenges
• Actively participate in placement drives and support candidate placement efforts
• Guide mobilizers in identifying and preparing suitable candidates for training

RequirementsRequirements:

• Any Diploma or Graduate with 2–3 years of proven experience as a CCE, CRM, or ITES Trainer
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to apply diverse training methodologies tailored to the audience profile
• Proven leadership and motivational skills with a focus on learner engagement
• Excellent people management and facilitation abilities
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training techniques
• Proficiency in managing all phases of the training lifecycle, from planning to evaluation
