BODYSHOP ADVISOR

JOB LOCATION: JAJPUR ROAD, DHENKANAL, CUTTACK, BHUBANESWAR

Roles & responsibilities:

·        Receiving customer vehicles for repair jobs ,understanding customer concerns, educating the customer & creating the Job order.

·        Providing detailed explanations and technical justifications for additional repairs with cost estimates and approval from customers

·        Implementation of Bodyshop Progress Report of each vehicle.

·        Responsible for intimation to insurance company for survey & photo of vehicles timely arrange spare parts, completion of vehicles, approvals of insurance company & final photo.

·        Regularly following up with workshop controllers and technicians on vehicle status, updating customers regularly on progress and ensuring delivery of vehicles within proposed timeframe

·        Builds and maintains good working relations with insurance evaluators

·        Raising special orders for parts not available and following up to keep customer informed. Preparing invoices on internal systems and arranging for active delivery of vehicles

·        Provide clear cost estimates and repairs approved under insurance claim.

·        Regularly monitoring orders raised and ensuring timely billing.

·        Provide explanation of repair done and charges at workshop/insurance claim

·        Get final inspection done.

·        Ensure delivery of vehicle with full customer satisfaction

·        Ensure 3rd day PSF to know about the customer satisfaction

• . Ensure CEI at the highest band (not lower than 125)
• Ensure all target achievement (MGA/VAS /labor per vehicle etc.)
