Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead and manage residential construction projects from planning to handover. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, team supervision, quality control, cost monitoring, and coordination with clients, consultants, and vendors.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in managing villa or residential building projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end execution of residential construction projects
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and milestones
• Ensure construction is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams

Site Management

• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labor teams
• Conduct daily site reviews and resolve execution issues
• Ensure proper deployment of manpower and resources
• Maintain site discipline, safety, and productivity

Quality Control

• Implement company quality standards and checklists
• Inspect materials and workmanship at all stages
• Ensure structural, finishing, and MEP works meet required specifications
• Maintain quality records and snag lists

Cost & Material Management

• Prepare material requirement plans
• Coordinate with purchase team for procurement
• Monitor material consumption and control wastage
• Assist in cost tracking and budget control

Client & Management Coordination

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients
• Conduct site walkthroughs and explain construction stages
• Provide regular progress reports to management
• Ensure timely project completion and handover

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Strong knowledge of residential/villa construction
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, estimation, billing, and BOQs
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic project reporting tools
• Experience5–10 years of experience in residential or villa construction
• Proven experience in handling projects independently
• Experience in premium or custom home projects preferred
