Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to handle day-to-day site execution, supervision, and coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities are carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution

• Supervise daily construction activities at the site
• Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural and structural drawings
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines

Quality & Safety

• Maintain quality standards at all stages of construction
• Conduct site checks for workmanship and materials
• Ensure safety practices are followed on site
• Maintain site checklists and inspection records

Material & Resource Management

• Prepare daily and weekly material requirement lists
• Coordinate with the purchase team for timely procurement
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
• Maintain stock and material records at site

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily progress reports
• Report site issues and updates to senior engineers/management
• Assist during client visits and technical discussions
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Basic knowledge of residential construction
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Basic knowledge of estimation and measurement
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
• Experience1–3 years of site experience preferred
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply
