Insurance Manager

The Insurance Team Leader is responsible for handling and growing the insurance business of the dealership. The role includes achieving monthly insurance targets, supervising the insurance team, and ensuring maximum policy conversion from vehicle sales. The candidate will coordinate with sales and delivery teams for timely policy issuance and proper documentation. They must handle customer queries related to policies, renewals, and claims support. The Team Leader will also maintain records, track renewals, and prepare basic reports. Strong communication skills and experience in motor insurance are preferred.
