Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Marketing Executive to promote our construction projects/services, generate business leads, and strengthen brand presence in the market. The candidate will support business development efforts and help attract clients and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote construction projects, building services, and company offerings to potential clients
2. Generate leads through field marketing & networking
3. Coordinate with sales/business development teams for client conversion
4. Build relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and channel partners
5. Visit banks, financial institutions, and corporate partners to develop strong professional networks
6. Liaise with bankers to source client referrals and collaborate opportunities
7. Develop partnerships with loan/finance providers to support customer acquisition and project financing
8. Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and industry trends
9. Track inquiries and maintain client/lead database

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Not stringent)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of construction/real estate industry
• Ability to travel for client meetings/site visits
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing platforms
• Prior experience in construction/real estate marketing preferred
