Key Responsibilities:

Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, train, and lead a team of Insurance Consultants (ICs).

Sales & Business Development: Implement sales strategies, generate leads, meet business objectives, and achieve sales targets.

Training & Development: Provide product training and support to enhance team performance.

Performance Management: Motivate the team to meet goals and maintain focus on productivity.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

A background in sales, insurance, or financial services is preferred, but not always mandatory.

Ability to drive sales and build customer relationships.
