Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment process
* Source and screen candidates for sales & office roles
* Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with management
* Manage job postings on portals and social media
* Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Requirements:
* 1–3 years experience in HR / Recruitment
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in hiring for sales roles preferred
* Basic knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn
