🧾 Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires good communication skills and access to a smartphone and laptop for efficient work.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
• Explain products/services clearly and effectively
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
• Follow up with customers regularly
• Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets

• 💻 Requirements Must have a smartphone with good call quality
• Must have a own laptop
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools

• 🧠 Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in local language + basic English
• Persuasive and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
• Time management and multitasking ability

• 🎓 Qualification:

• Minimum: Graduation pass or equivalent
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
