Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant cum Purchase Executive who can handle day-to-day accounting tasks along with basic procurement responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Tally and Excel and have working knowledge of GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Duties Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally
• Record purchase, sales, and expense entries
• Maintain and reconcile client and vendor ledgers
• Assist in GST data preparation and documentation
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
• Track payments, receipts, and outstanding balances
• Purchase & Vendor Management Prepare vendor comparison sheets in Excel
• Collect quotations and coordinate with vendors
• Assist in purchase order preparation
• Maintain purchase records and documentation
• Coordinate with site and management teams for material requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field

• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of GST
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Experience1–3 years of experience in accounting or purchase roles preferred
• Freshers with strong Tally and Excel knowledge may also apply
