Role Objective

To train students in practical accounting using real case studies and compliance-oriented modules, preparing them for job readiness in CA firms, SMEs, and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct offline classroom sessions – 5 days/week
• Availability: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with 2-hour break)
• Deliver practical modules including:
• Tally Prime (Complete Accounting Cycle)
• GST Compliance & Return Filing
• TDS Compliance (Basics + Practical Calculation)
• Payroll Processing
• Excel Reporting (MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet formats)
• Finalization of Accounts
• Portfolio / Practical File preparation for students
• Teach through structured case studies
• Conduct assessments and guide students for interviews
• Maintain academic discipline and progress tracking

Ideal Candidate Profile

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (Preferred)/ Retired Accountant
• 3–10 years practical accounting experience
• Experience in:
• CA Firm / Trading Firm / Manufacturing / SME
• Hands-on exposure to:
• GST portal filing
• TDS working
• Excel (Pivot, Lookup, Reports)
• Independent finalization work

Additional Preference

• Retired accounting professionals welcome
• Experienced accountants from CA offices welcome
• Professionals seeking stable academic engagement welcome

(Local candidates from Cuttack preferred)

Compensation

Negotiable based on experience

(Fixed + Performance-based structure preferred)
