Associate General Manager

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing all electrical activities on-site in adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Leading a team of electrical engineers and technicians to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders including project managers, contractors, and vendors to meet project requirements.
• Conducting regular inspections and tests to identify and resolve electrical issues proactively.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Preparing reports, documentation, and progress updates for management review.
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 28-35 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry.
