Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Continental Cuisine Chef to join our team in Angul. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing and presenting a variety of continental dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes (soups, salads, pizza pasta, grilled items, sauces, etc.) & Chinese cuisine (like chowmein, momos, dumplings, etc)
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards.
• Innovate and introduce new recipes to enhance the menu.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory and stock control.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent dining experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Continental or Chinese Chef.
• Strong knowledge of continental cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Culinary certification or diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
