Computer Operator cum Office Assistant

Job Summary:We are looking for a Computer Operator cum Office Executive to handle daily computer operations and administrative tasks. The candidate will be responsible for data entry, documentation, and supporting smooth office functioning.

• 📌 Key Responsibilities:Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Handle emails, calls, and office correspondence
• Maintain files (both digital and physical)
• Operate office equipment like printer, scanner, etc.
• Assist in day-to-day administrative work
• Coordinate with team members and management
• Ensure proper record keeping and documentation
• 🛠️ Required Skills:Basic knowledge of computers and internet
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational and multitasking ability
• 🎓 Qualifications:Minimum 10+2 pass
• Graduation preferred
• Basic computer course (DCA/ADCA) is an advantage
• 💼 Experience:Fresher or 0–2 years of experience
