Demonstrator - Barbending and Steel Fixing

• To demonstrate all the job-related PPEs to the trainees and follow safety norms during practical exercise given by organization.
• Responsible for practical exercise day/day according to lesson plan.
• Demonstration on use of tools, tackles & machine.
• To conduct theory classes, theory test conducting, evaluating the theory test.
• Conducting E-Learning session and display of tools, tackles and machine virtually.
  
• To follow quality & productivity standard during the practical exercise.
• Development of new practical module in the practical yard.
