Location: High Court Road, Nimchoudi, Cuttack, Odisha

We are a friendly and professional dental clinic seeking a Dental Chairside Assistant & Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and comfortable working in both clinical and front-desk roles.

Key Responsibilities

Chairside Assisting:

• 3 months training
• Assist the dentist during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control
• Take dental X-rays
• Provide comfort and support to patients

Reception & Administration:

• Greet patients and manage appointments
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries
• Process billing, payments, and insurance claims
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate daily schedules efficiently
• RequirementsCertificate or experience in dental assisting (preferred)
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of dental software is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
