Event Manager

*Plan and manage end-to-end execution of events including conferences, corporate meetings, product launches, exhibitions, weddings, or promotional events

*Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and execution plans

*Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners

*Negotiate with venues, suppliers, caterers, and production partners

*Oversee event setup, on-site management, and post-event wrap-up

*Anticipate risks and troubleshoot issues before and during events

*Ensure health, safety, and legal compliance at all events

*Prepare post-event reports, feedback analysis, and recommendations
