Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our company. This role is critical for driving sales growth within our professional audio segment by directly engaging with customers, demonstrating our equipment’s capabilities, building strong relationships, and securing orders and payments. You will be responsible for managing your territory effectively and consistently achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities: -

  •    Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets within the Pro Audio product portfolio e.g., mixers, microphones, amplifiers, speakers.
  •    Generate new leads through proactive prospecting and networking activities.
  •    Secure orders from target customers – studios, venues, live sound companies, educational institutions, etc. 
  •    Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to order fulfillment


 Demonstrations & Technical Support:

  1.    Conduct product demonstrations of our Pro Audio equipment to potential buyers, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
  2. Provide technical support and answer customer questions regarding products and applications. (A basic understanding of audio technology is essential). 
  3. Prepare demo as needed for client visits.


 Payment Collection & Account Management:

  •   Process orders accurately and efficiently.
  •   Collect payments from customers, ensuring timely invoicing and payment reconciliation.
  •   Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and account information within our CRM system ([Specify CRM - e.g., Salesforce]).


 Relationship Building:


  •    Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts. 
  •    Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.
  •    Provide regular updates to the on-account status and market trends.


 Product Knowledge: A strong interest in and basic understanding of pro audio technology (mixers, microphones, amplifiers, speakers, digital audio workstations) is crucial. 


 Skills:

  •    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  •    Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  •    Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  •    Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation.
