We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Field Supervisor to manage and monitor field activities related to our ongoing projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site work, coordinating with field teams, ensuring work quality, and reporting progress to the management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day field operations.

- Coordinate with workers, vendors, and local teams at project sites.

- Ensure work is completed as per project guidelines and timelines.

- Maintain proper records and submit regular field reports.

- Address on-site issues and communicate them to the management for quick resolution.

Important Requirement:

Candidates must be willing to work anywhere in the field initially. Flexibility for travel and relocation to different project locations is essential.

Project Locations:

Our projects are currently running in Chhattisgarh and other states, and the candidate should be comfortable working at different field locations as required.

Eligibility:

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to manage field teams

- Basic reporting and documentation skills

- Prior field experience will be an advantage
