Hiring: Truck/Fleet Maintenance Supervisor 🚛

We are looking for a Truck/Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee fleet repair & maintenance and manage driver coordination. If you have experience in truck OEM workshops or fleet operations, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Oversee fleet repair & maintenance to ensure minimal downtime

✔️ Coordinate with drivers, workshops, and vendors for servicing & repairs

✔️ Maintain records of vehicle servicing, breakdowns, and spare parts usage

✔️ Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

Requirements:

✔️ 2+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, truck workshops, or related roles

✔️ Strong knowledge of truck repairs, servicing schedules, and spare parts

✔️ Ability to manage driver communication and workshop coordination

✔️ Basic understanding of fleet tracking and maintenance reporting

📍 Location: Rourkela, Odisha

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month

⏳ Work Schedule: Fixed shifts, Work from Office
