HR Executive

This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment and all core HR operations. The person is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical, sales, and service roles, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding. Along with recruitment, they handle employee records, payroll coordination, attendance, compliance with labor laws, performance management, training coordination, employee engagement, grievance handling, and policy implementation. The role ensures smooth workforce management and supports business operations across workshops, showrooms, and corporate offices.
