Are you a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with hands-on experience in handling plant machinery, utilities, and breakdown maintenance? Join us and play a critical role in ensuring equipment efficiency, uptime, and continuous production flow.

🔧 Role Overview:

You will be responsible for executing maintenance plans, minimizing downtime, and ensuring smooth functioning of process & utility equipment.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Handle shift breakdowns and ensure maximum equipment uptime

• Plan & implement Preventive Maintenance schedules

• Manage boilers, compressors, pumps, conveyors & pneumatic systems

• Ensure compliance with safety & statutory regulations

• Monitor maintenance costs, spare usage & inventory

• Maintain reports, logs & reliability documentation

• Drive energy conservation, cost optimization & continuous improvement

• Coordinate with production & cross-functional teams

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• 4–8 years of experience in garment manufacturing / plant maintenance

• Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of utilities & industrial equipment maintenance

• Basic MS Office & reporting skills

• Good communication & team collaboration
