Operation Assistant

JOB OPENING – OPERATION EXECUTIVE (IT & HARDWARE COMPANY)

We are looking for a smart and responsible Operation Executive to join our IT & Hardware company.

Eligibility & Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT / Hardware operations
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking & peripherals
• Familiarity with IT operations, installation, and maintenance
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, technicians, and clients
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & email communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day operational coordination of IT & hardware services
• Handling installation, servicing, and maintenance schedules
• Inventory management of IT & hardware products
• Vendor coordination and service follow-ups
• Maintaining operation records and reports

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer, or Electronics (preferred)

Location: Cuttack

Salary: As per experience and industry standards
