Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing and maintain sales records.
- Ensure proper display and cleanliness of jewellery at the counter.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues politely.
- Support stock management (receiving, arranging, and counting items).
