1. B.E/B.Tech(Bio-Medical / Mechanical Engineering) with 10 to 15 years of experience in handling Medical Gas Pipeline, Modular Operation Theatre, Pneumatic Tubing System, Nurse Call System, CSSD Equipments and Medical Equipments in a large Hospital / Infrastructure projects.
2. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and Client for seamless execution.
3. Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety codes and hospital requirements.
4. Maintain documentation for inspections, certifications, and audits.
5. Ensure compliance with national and international standards.
6. Schedule preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
7. Enforce safety protocols for handling and storage.
8. Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery of equipment and consumables.
9. Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
10. Prepare daily progress reports, incident logs, and maintenance records.
11. Submit compliance and performance reports to senior management
