We are hiring energetic and confident Telecallers for our Loan Sales Department.
If you have good communication skills and are passionate about sales, this is the right place for you!
You will call potential customers, explain loan products (Business Loan / LAP / Personal Loan), and generate leads.

šÆ Responsibilities:
ā¢ Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
ā¢ Explain financial products and assist customers with loan applications.
ā¢ Maintain daily calling & lead reports in CRM.
ā¢ Achieve monthly targets and qualify for attractive incentives.
ā¢ Coordinate with field sales and bank partners for disbursal follow-ups.

š Requirements:
ā¢ Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
ā¢ Good communication in Odia, Hindi, and basic English.
ā¢ Prior experience in sales / telecalling / loan department is a plus.
ā¢ Freshers with confidence and eagerness to learn are welcome.

ā¢ Fixed Salary: ā¹8,000 ā ā¹15,000 per month (based on experience)
