• Salary: Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month
• Total Earning Potential: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000+

Job Description:We are hiring Field Debt Recovery Agents for our Vadodara location. The primary responsibility is to visit customers in the field and recover outstanding payments in a professional and ethical manner.

Key Responsibilities: Visit assigned customer locations for debt recovery

• Collect outstanding dues and follow up on payments
• Explain payment details and negotiate settlement if required
• Update daily collection reports and customer feedback
• Coordinate with the office and team for recovery status

Eligibility Criteria: Male / Female candidates can apply

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
• Field experience in collection preferred (Freshers can apply)
• Two-wheeler preferred (fuel allowance as per company policy)

Skills Required: Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in the field and achieve targets
• Basic documentation and reporting skills
