Job Description

The HR Recruiter is responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruiting process. This includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions with high-quality talent. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers to meet departmental staffing needs.


  • ​Key Responsibilities​1. Sourcing & Pipeline Management​Identify Talent: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Indeed, Monster, etc.), and social media to find passive and active candidates.
  • Networking: Attend job fairs, industry events, and college campuses to build a long-term talent pipeline.
  • Referral Programs: Manage internal employee referral programs to leverage the current team’s network.
  • ​2. Screening & Selection​Resume Review: Filter applications based on job requirements and "culture add" potential.
  • Initial Interviews: Conduct phone or video screenings to assess technical skills, salary expectations, and professional goals.
  • Coordination: Schedule follow-up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • ​3. Strategy & Partnership​Stakeholder Management: Meet with department heads to understand their specific needs and the unique nuances of their open roles.
  • Market Analysis: Provide insights on salary benchmarks and industry hiring trends.
  • Employer Branding: Help craft compelling job descriptions and social media content that showcases the company culture.
  • ​4. Offer & Onboarding​Negotiation: Extend verbal and written offers, handling negotiations regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Compliance: Conduct background checks and verify references.
  • Hand-off: Ensure a smooth transition from "Candidate" to "Employee" by coordinating with the onboarding team.
