Job Description
supervise the sales team to achieve project sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Oversee site visits, client meetings, and negotiations.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular MIS reports for management.
• Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
Requirements
• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in real estate (residential projects preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of local market trends in Dabra/Gwalior region is an advantage.
