Loading Supervisor

Our Company is into Mining and infrastructure sector and currently we are looking for a loading supervisor for our mining division in Paschim Mednipur and Jhargram division.

This is a full -time role where the candidate will be provided with lodging and fooding facility by the company. The role involves the below work:

(1)   Supervising the mining site to ensure timely and accurate loading of vehicles as per direction of Company

(2)   Managing vehicle movement and traffic in the mining site

(3)   Supervising and undertaking road development and maintenance at mining site.

(4)   Looking after machines including their fuelling and record keeping.

(5)   Interacting with local labours, machine operators and truck drivers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation of business.

(6)   Candidate must be good at multitasking and getting job done.

(7)   Basic knowledge of Bengali language. Candidate must be able to speak in Bengali

(8)   Minimum 2-3 year experience in mining, infrastructure, real estate industry.
