We’re looking for a Resort Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our boutique beachside resort in Dapoli.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily resort operations (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance)
• Ensure excellent guest experience and service standards
• Lead and support on-ground teams
• Coordinate with vendors and manage routine operations
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel/resort operations preferred
• Freshers may be considered in exceptional cases with a strong willingness to learn
• Hands-on, responsible, and people-oriented
• Comfortable working on-site in a small-team setup
