Supervisor/Incharge

The Logistics Supervisor oversees daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating transportation and warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily logistics and warehouse operations
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and monitor performance of logistics staff
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Handle customer or internal issues related to deliveries and shipments
• Train, coach, and evaluate logistics team members
• Qualifications & SkillsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
