🔹 Job RoleWe are hiring Security Guards & Lady Guards for a reputed factory at Hoskote.
Your role is to ensure safety, manage gate operations, check employee/visitor entry, and support factory discipline.
- 🔹 ResponsibilitiesGate security & access control
- ID card & visitor checking
- Inward/outward material checking
- Patrolling inside factory premises
- Vehicle movement coordination
- CCTV monitoring (if required)
- PPE checking at gate (helmet/shoes/jackets)
- Supporting female staff entry/exit (Lady Guard)
- Reporting any incident to supervisor
- 🔹 RequirementsAge: 21–45 years
- Minimum 8th/10th pass
- Physically fit
- Basic discipline & communication
- Factory security experience preferred (not mandatory)
- 🔹 Salary & BenefitsSalary: As per industry standards
- PF + ESI
- Weekly off
