Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, managing the performance of sales executives, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Strategy & Execution


Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.


Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new sales opportunities.


Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.


2. Team Leadership & Management


Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.


Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity and conversion rates.


Foster a positive, high-performance culture within the sales team.


3. Client Relationship Management


Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and channel partners.


Oversee the negotiation and closing of deals while ensuring adherence to company policies.


Handle escalated client concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


4. Reporting & Analysis


Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.


Present weekly/monthly reports to management with insights and recommendations.


Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for all leads, opportunities, and transactions.


5. Compliance & Process Management


Ensure all sales activities comply with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.


Oversee documentation, agreements, and post-sales coordination with other departments (legal, finance, etc.).
