Factory Supervisor

Production & Machine Operation

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines as per product/mold requirements.
• Monitor machine cycles, temperature, pressure, and material feeding
• Coordinate with the sales teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Prepare a rolling 2-week production plan based on sales requirements and stock levels.
• Verify night shift reports (production, stock, and pending work) and update next day’s plan accordingly.

Quality Control & Reporting

• Inspect products for defects (short shots, flash, burn marks, etc.).
• Maintain quality standards as per company requirements.
• Record daily production reports, rejection reports, and stock movement.
• Conduct root cause analysis for rejections and implement corrective actions.

Maintenance & Stock Coordination

• Ensure zero downtime through proactive equipment maintenance and care.
• Maintenance spare parts planning, preventive maintenance, and AMC schedules.
• Provide stock reminders and ensure raw material availability
• Coordinate with stores for finished goods and packing material management.

Material & Cost Control

• Coordinate with stores and purchase departments for raw material planning.
• Monitor WIP and finished goods inventory to maintain healthy stock levels.
• Minimize material wastage and rework through effective process controls.

Dispatch & Logistics

• Plan and execute dispatch of finished goods based on customer orders.
• Supervise packing, labeling, and loading of consignments.
• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement and timely delivery.
• Prepare challans, invoices, E-way bills, and maintain dispatch registers
• Provide dispatch confirmation and tracking details to customers.

Team Management

• Lead and motivate a team of supervisors, operators, and support staff.
• Monitor staff discipline, attendance, and shift productivity.
• Identify training needs and implement skill-based training & development programs.
