Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and systems. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to turn concepts into manufacturable products, ensuring efficiency, functionality, and reliability.

• Key Responsibilities:Design mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo).
• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing.
• Perform engineering calculations to ensure designs meet performance and safety standards.
• Develop prototypes and conduct functional testing and validation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, electrical, and quality teams during product development.
• Revise designs based on feedback, cost analysis, or testing results.
• Prepare bills of materials (BOM), design documentation, and technical reports.
• Research and evaluate materials and production processes to improve product performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support product lifecycle management from concept through production.
