Job Description
Production Supervisor – PVC Manufacturing
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry: PVC Manufacturing
Shift: Rotational
Working Hours: 12 Hrs (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily PVC production operations.
- Handle shop-floor manpower and shift activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality, and safety compliance.
- Update production and output data in ERP.
- Coordinate with maintenance to reduce downtime.
Skills Required:
- Experience in PVC / plastic manufacturing.
- Knowledge of manpower handling and ERP systems.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
