Job Description
- Stage inspection of all parts made in Machine Shop, laser / bending department for cutting , bending and fabrication including work done by contractors
- Quality inspection of raw material received from Machine Shop, Fabrication, laser department, Job Work and vendors .
- To drive zero defect work cutlure within organisation, educate and train vendors if required and Sustain the culture
- Ensure that all of the quality check procedures put in place by the company are followed during every production phase.
- Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards and implement the process to minimise the Rejection Rework Ratio. Coordinate with all departments about the queries and resolutions.
- Keeping accurate documentations of quality process step wise inspection and performing statistical analysis.
- Educate production team on quality control issues and work with departmental managers to improve overall company safety and product quality
- To complete Challan for inspected OK parts by stamp and signature and forward to inward department.
- Provide on time training to educate workforce staff basic quality fandamentals and Basic Technical knowledge for organisation Zero Defect work culture
- Do entry of inspected items in ERP master report.
- Supporting hands in Purchase entries in ERP Systems as and when required.
- Periodically update Quality control department SOP.
