🛠 Job Responsibilities:

✅ Generate and handle inbound/outbound calls to potential customers

✅ Promote and explain products like solar fencing, streetlights, LED bulbs, and more

✅ Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

✅ Maintain relationships with existing clients and build new leads

✅ Achieve and exceed sales targets and business goals

✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales

✅ Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction

📚 Requirements:

👥 Gender: Both male and female candidates can apply

📖 Education: Minimum 12th pass

📅 Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in India Mart or related industry

✔ Excellent communication and persuasion skills

✔ Ability to handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

✔ Self-motivated and target-driven

✔ Basic knowledge of solar energy products is a plus
