Job Description

Tender execution Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and following up on tenders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements to secure new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify relevant tenders/RFPs/RFQs through online portals, newspapers, and industry sources.

  • Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, and technical/commercial requirements.
  • Prepare and compile all necessary documents for tender submission within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, technical, operations, legal) to gather required information.
  • Ensure compliance with all tender specifications and company policies.
  • Prepare BOQ, pricing sheets, and cost estimates as per tender requirements.
  • Maintain a tender tracker for submitted, won, and lost tenders.
  • Follow up with clients/government departments regarding tender status.
  • Prepare MIS reports for management review.
  • Assist in contract finalization and documentation after tender award.


Key Skills & Competencies:


Strong knowledge of tendering procedures (government & private).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A good command of English (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of e-tendering portals will be an added advantage.
