VMC Machine Operator

Job Summary:

Hum ek skilled VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Machine Operator ki talash kar rahe hain jo CNC/VMC machines ko set up, operate aur maintain kar sake, taki engineering drawings aur specifications ke hisaab se precision components banaye ja sake.

Key Responsibilities:

VMC machines ko set up aur operate karna (drilling, milling, tapping, boring jaise operations ke liye)

Engineering drawings, blueprints aur CAD models ko samajhna

Raw material aur finished parts ko load aur unload karna

Machine operations ko monitor karna taki quality aur accuracy bani rahe

Zarurat padne par tool change, offsets aur minor program edits karna

Finished components ko measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.) se inspect karna

Production records maintain karna aur kisi bhi deviation ko report karna

Machines ko saaf aur properly maintain karna
