Warehouse Supervisor

Staff Management: Supervise, coach, and train the warehouse team (helpers, loaders, and packers). Assign daily tasks and ensure high productivity and discipline.

Stock & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods. Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile them with the system/register.

Dispatch Operations: Coordinate the picking, packing, and loading of orders. Ensure all shipments are dispatched on time and according to the delivery schedule.

Space Optimization: Ensure the warehouse layout is organized for maximum efficiency and that goods are stored safely and logically.

Documentation: Maintain daily reports, delivery challans, and gate passes. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately for every transaction.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the security of the stock and the facility.
