🎯 Job Summary:

A Medical Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing routine laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and assisting doctors in diagnosing diseases. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Collect blood, urine, and other biological samples from patients

Perform routine laboratory tests (hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, etc.)

Prepare and label samples for analysis

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment

Record and report test results accurately

Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of lab instruments

Follow safety protocols and infection control guidelines

Maintain patient records and lab reports

Assist senior lab technicians or pathologists when required.

📋 Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to handle sensitive samples safely

Time management and organizational skills.

🎓 Qualification:

DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) or

CMLT (Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology)

💼 Experience:

Fresher or 0–10 years of experience in a diagnostic lab or hospital.

💰 Salary (India Approx):

₹13,000 – ₹14,000/month
