Job Title: Estate Manager & Hospitality Lead (Caretaker-Manager)

We are seeking a dedicated, versatile, and proactive Estate Manager & Hospitality Lead to oversee the daily operations of our luxury farm stay villa. This is a "complete-ownership" role, blending high-end guest service with hands-on property maintenance and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities (Scope of Work)

As the primary lead on-site, your role covers three main pillars:

1. Hospitality & Guest Experience

 * Manage the end-to-end guest journey, from check-in to departure.

 * Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, special requests, and grievance redressal.

 * Maintain the highest standards of hospitality to ensure 5-star reviews and repeat visits.

2. Operations & Staff Management

 * Supervise, train, and manage on-site staff (housekeeping, kitchen, and gardening/farm hands).

 * Create duty rosters and ensure all staff members adhere to hygiene and service protocols.

 * Inventory management for linens, toiletries, and kitchen supplies.

3. Property Caretaking & Maintenance

 * Conduct regular inspections to ensure the villa and farm grounds are in pristine condition.

 * Coordinate routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, pool cleaning, and landscaping).

 * Oversee security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and the property.

Candidate Profile

 * Experience: Prior experience in the hospitality industry (Hotels, Resorts, or Luxury Airbnbs) is strongly preferred.

 * Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and basic problem-solving skills for minor technical/maintenance issues.

 * Mindset: A hands-on approach—you are willing to step in wherever needed to keep the operations running smoothly.

 * Adaptability: Comfortable living and working in a farm stay environment.
