Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our market presence for Algotherm’s premium skincare and cosmetic products. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with distributors, salons, spas, and retail partners.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base

Identify new business opportunities in salons, spas, dermatology clinics, and retail outlets

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and distributors

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions

Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and brand positioning

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit cycles

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industry

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Skills

Experience in professional skincare brands or salon/spa industry

Knowledge of premium beauty and cosmetic products

Strong network within the beauty and wellness industry
