Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Non-Voice Process)


Location: Ajabpur, Dehradun


Shift: Night Shift


Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹11,000 per month


Eligibility:


  • Minimum 12th Pass
  • Freshers welcome
  • Candidates pursuing graduation can also apply


Requirements:


  • Good English understanding
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience
  • Willingness to work in night shifts


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer queries via chat/email (non-voice process)
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
